The body is made from AISI 304 grade stainless steel with a No. 4 finish, the same grade we use across most of our manufactured equipment, chosen for how well it stands up to daily heat, grease, and cleaning without wearing down. Inside, it holds 7 skewers, each fitted with a chicken holder fork to keep the birds secure while they rotate, and every skewer can carry up to 4 chickens bringing the total capacity to 28 chickens per batch. A 1½ HP induction motor drives the rotation, turning the skewers at a steady, even pace so each chicken browns uniformly all the way round.
Heat comes from two tubular high-pressure gas burners, each rated at 86,000 BTU per hour, giving the grill strong, consistent heat suited to continuous rotisserie cooking through busy service hours. The gas line connects through a ½” GI pipe at the rear, and the unit runs on a light 220V/1P/50Hz/0.5kW electrical connection, mainly powering the motor and internal lighting.
Like the smaller single sided model, this grill has tempered clear glass on the front only, so customers walking past can see the chickens turning and browning, while the closed sides help the unit hold its heat more efficiently.
