Our Chicken Grill Machine is built for restaurants, cafes, and takeaway outlets that want their chicken grilled fresh in front of the customer the kind of display that pulls people in off the street. It’s a double gas operated rotisserie grill, made entirely from AISI 304 grade stainless steel with a No. 4 finish, so it holds up well under daily commercial use and stays easy to keep clean.
This is the larger capacity version of our grill range, fitted with 7 skewers on each side (14 in total), each with a chicken holder fork, and each skewer carrying up to 4 chickens giving it a full capacity of 56 chickens per batch. Two ½ HP induction motors keep the skewers turning at a steady, even pace, so the chicken cooks evenly on all sides without you having to babysit it.
For heat, it runs on 2 tubular high-pressure gas burners rated at 86,000 BTU per hour each, giving it the kind of consistent, strong heat that commercial rotisserie grilling needs. Gas connects easily through a ½” GI pipe at the rear. On the electrical side, it just needs a standard 220V/1kW connection to run the motors and internal lighting.
Both sides of the unit have tempered glass panels, so the grilling process stays fully visible great for that “cooked fresh in front of you” appeal that customers notice when they walk past. The whole unit sits on 4 casters, two of which come with brakes, so you can wheel it into position and lock it in place without any hassle.
Built and manufactured in house by Al Tareeq in the UAE, this larger grill is designed for higher volume outlets that need bigger batch capacity without compromising on even, reliable cooking.
