The Al Tareeq Heated Over Shelf is a stainless steel overs helf that keeps plated food warm at the pass, with a neutral shelf below for plates, trays, and service items. Designed and manufactured in the UAE by Al Tareeq Kitchen Equipment, it suits restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, canteens, and catering kitchens that need dishes to stay at serving temperature between the kitchen and the customer.

Heated Shelf and Neutral Shelf in One Unit

This heated over shelf has two shelves. The top shelf is heated, using a 60-inch Hatco brand heater fitted underneath it, so plated dishes stay warm while they wait for service. The second shelf is neutral and gives extra space for plates, napkins, garnish containers, and other service items. One unit therefore covers both warming and organized storage above the counter.

AISI 304 Stainless Steel with a Brush Finish

The unit is built in AISI 304 grade stainless steel with a brush finish. It is hygienic, corrosion resistant, and easy to wipe down in a busy kitchen. Both shelves are smooth sheet shelves, welded onto a strong 30 x 30 mm or 40 x 20 mm square tube frame, so the unit stays stable under daily commercial use.

Fixes to Your Existing Counter

The over shelf is fixed onto your existing counter, so you do not need a new service line. At 1600 x 350 x 760 mm, it adds warming and storage space above the pass without using extra floor space. The 350 mm depth keeps the working area clear.
